Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. You may reschedule your adventure only once. There will be one $10.00 fee for rescheduling the room. You MUST reschedule your game with at least 72 hours notice.
All Games MUST be rescheduled via direct email contact and confirmed by Cine-Escapes.
Games will begin at their scheduled start time, so you should plan on arriving 15-20 minutes before the game is to start.
Groups with any player under 15 years old MUST have an adult (18+) player with them.
When booking a room that you have already attempted you MUST purchase the entire room.
Our booking system allows for booking up to 3 months in advance.
